Hello friends. We hope everyone is doing well this week. We want to thank everyone who showed up for the lay Sunday Morning Prayer this past weekend. It was great to have our church community participate in the readings and make it a team effort. Thank you again!

As you all may know, Fr. Kirk is out of town for family reasons. And because of that, theBecoming Beloved Communityseries will be postponed to next week (Wednesday, Oct. 14th @ 7 p.m.). If you would like to join, please contact Fr. Kirk atkirk@stpetersoxford.org or respond to this email and we’ll pass it on to Kirk. Thank you for understanding.

And we don’t want to fail to mention that Bible Slam is definitely still happening, peeps. We’re still in the Book of Esther and we’re looking forward to pushing on into Job. So if you get a chance, drop by Nativity and read from the big, red Bible. We can’t promise a free pass to heaven,  but it can be a good exercise for the soul. Y’all take care and God’s blessing be upon you!

-Sean
