Hello folks. Did everyone survive the deluge last night? We hope no one suffered much damage. But if you did, let us know. Whether it be a downed tree or excess water, we would like to be of help where there is need for it!

So last Sunday’s Morning Prayer service went really well! It was great to see so many friendly, masked faces all distanced apart and ready to participate in some much needed churchly interaction. We felt that God-love people! We’re thankful to James McCormick for getting us squared away with the city to make this happen. And we thank Fr. Kirk for conducting the service and providing us with that fantastic homily! We will have another service this coming Sunday in the pavilion at 9 a.m. We’d love to see you there!

We also want to bring to your attention the peaceful protest that will be held this Friday at 5 p.m. It will be hosted by the Freedom to Speak organization and is planned to take place at the bandstand in Water Valley’s City Park (there is a Facebook event link below). They ask that everyone wear masks and practice safe distancing during the protest. Should there be any detail changes, we will send an update. Come out and show your Episcopalian spirit for justice, equality and love!
