Vestry 2021: A New Look

Hello, Nativity friends. We hope this message finds you all in good spirits! Well, it’s official. We are pleased to welcome Alexe van Beuren and Joe York to Nativity’s 2021 Vestry lineup. They have hearts full of passion (most of the time) and are ready to serve! We also want to announce that our new Sr. Warden will be no other than our good friend, James McCormick. Talk about passion, this man has it in droves! As Debby Patterson and I step off the Vestry board, it is so nice to know that Nativity is in such capable hands. Thank you, James, Alexe and Joe, for carrying the torch for us in this new year. We hope you feel supported and spirit-lead in the decisions you make for the Church of the Nativity. And thank you for your willingness to serve!

As you all may know, the Annual Diocesan Council will be happening this coming weekend. We thank, James McCormick, for being Nativity’s delegate this year. We are in good hands! Once again, thank you, James.

And being that January has five Sundays in it, we were thinking that everyone might want to join in on the Sunday morning service that concludes the Annual Diocesan Council. So stay tuned for a worship link for that service along with our other Sunday resources.

Ongoing Announcements

Bible Slam is officially through Psalms! I know, hard to believe eh? So if you want to get in on the ground floor for Proverbs, now is your chance. The church doors will be open from 9 a.m. until sundown. Drop on by!

Thus concludes this week’s newsletter. We hope you’ve enjoyed yourselves and are looking forward to what Nativity has in store this year. God be with you and keep you....
